The booking form asks for your name, phone number, the test you need, the sample type, a date and time slot, and any notes you add. Please do not include more medical information than the booking needs.
How the booking form works
When you confirm a booking, those details are saved in the laboratory's booking records and a reference number is shown on screen. Only laboratory staff who sign in to the booking dashboard can see, confirm, or cancel a booking. There are no visitor accounts and no online payments on this website.
How enquiries and bookings are used
Bookings, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages are used to hold your slot, answer questions, check test availability, explain preparation, discuss prices, and arrange tests. If you use the WhatsApp option, the message is prepared on your device and sent only when you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
Other services on this website
WhatsApp, the embedded Google map, and privacy-enhanced YouTube video embeds may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, device information, and interactions with their content. Their own privacy terms apply when those services load or you choose to use them.
Sharing, retention, and security
Enquiry information should be accessible only to people who need it to respond or arrange laboratory services. It may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for that purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, or operational records. Reasonable safeguards may reduce risk, but no phone, messaging, or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
